Hanoi Holiday Hotel

Location: the hotel was short walk to old quarter as well as eating places n the night market. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

Nothing it is perfect.

The rooms here are immaculately clean, and I loved having the option of a fan with different settings.

We got a room with a tub.

The staff are very kind and the location is marvellous in the old town. The rooms are clean with soft beds and smoke detectors. Nice touch to have climate control, cable channels, and a mini bar fridge.

I always return to this hotel because it has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, car park, luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me with a late check out once. It suits me perfectly. Can't wait to come back for Easter!

This place is conveniently located within walking distance of various tourist attractions and Ninh Binh.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The rooms were exactly as described and shown in the pictures, and they were comfy, quiet, and peaceful. The location was perfect, with everything I needed around the hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly, and they even offered tours at better prices than elsewhere. Special thanks to Kim and Ha for their really good service!

Shower tap was a delightful surprise, quite the challenge to use.

Hanoi Holiday Hotel had a restaurant serving Vietnamese cuisine, which was great because I needed to get my fix. , they provided non-stop information at the reception, just in case I had an urgent need for useless facts. The location was quite convenient too.

Who needs fresh air or a view anyway? The room I stayed in didn't have a window, which made me feel like I was vacationing in a luxurious prison.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff, central location, no noise from the city.

The staff was amazing, helping us with airport transfers and providing great hospitality. the location in the Old Quarter was perfect for sightseeing. the room was comfortable and clean.
